Under Edit Menus you will see special directives (the box for titles or titulos) named as the directives above (see content of this page). Notice they link to 3700 and 3500 (you can change these link numbers). Also under "links of images" there are 2 links with names loggedin and loggedout respectively connecting to 3700 and 3500. This is to let them available on Load Content page under links of images. Fill each content and you will have certain info to be displayed for each situation. Then create a page like this which can also be the homepage or any other, showing special notices only visible for those on or off line.
